  • Running Projects

    • Carrying out Nepal’s Local Infrastructure Sector Assessment and providing technical support to the Government of Nepal in revising the Local Infrastructure Development National Policy, this initiative is being executed for the Government of Nepal through the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration. The agreement is between the WFP Country Office, Nepal, and Rural Infrastructure Developers Consultants P. Ltd. (RIDC) under Contract Number NPL24NF005 and Vendor Number 50093144. The project team comprises three national experts, three national research assistants, and one international expert. The time period for this project is from May 2024 to September 2024.

    • Detail Engineering Survey and Design of various roads with a total length of 180 km in Karnali Province of Nepal. This project is under an agreement between the Local Infrastructure Development Project Office, Surkhet, Government of Nepal, with a time period from March 2024 to July 2024.

    • Detail survey, hydrological study, geotechnical investigation, and detailed design of two bridge projects in Madesh Province, three in Sudurpashchim Province, and one bridge in Gandaki Province, with a time period from March to July 2024.
